Ive been living in my carlton house for (unlucky number) 13 years now. My mum and all of my brothers are strong believers in christ Jesus! Im half way there but not sure about it?! i used to dabble in witch craft and have strong believes in the satanic occult, while ma mum was a christian. me and my friend karla 2 years ago went down our city trent and performed witch craft under the dark bridge. when i first moved into this house i was only something like 8 or 9 years old and from then on, ive been attacked by objects flying into me, ive seen demons hovering over me, my mum even got attacked on quite a few occassions where then after shes been involving preachers and vicars praying around the house. the house comes clean then a week later the house has spirits and worser things coming back in. someones obviously opening the door to them. dunno who! if we watch something like most haunted (the stories are true but what they see is a different story) none of its real but on halloween 2005 after watching them programmes. i was in the living room with my mum. i felt twitchy and i was drawing a picture, my mum was watching me draw this picture i had some control over what i was drawing, it wasnt me drawing that picture. it was a controlling demon. when i finished drawing this thing on the paper. i dropped the pen and i felt out of breath, i was breathless totally for a couple of minutes. my mum walked around the house praying in the name of jesus. when she got to the kitchen/ dining area she froze and ran back screaming in the name of jesus, she saw the demon standing infront of her, that was the demon i drew!! i believe theres aliens but ive never experienced them, i believe they're out there, how cn astronauts go to space when were in space already! were on a planet arnt we, if we came face to face with an alien they'd probs freak out, because we would be aliens to them the same way they're aliens to us so i believe theyre out there and maybe some of them are walking or crawling or whatever they do, some might be on our planet already we just dont know it! its like putting a lion in front of an aligator, the croc is the king of the swamp and the lion is the king of the jungle, they will both fight, like if you put a fullygrown human man (where apes anyways) infront of an alien, we'd fight wont we? this is only what i believe. and am only telling you what ive experienced too so u can believe or you can not believe but i know what i know!!

In response to:Pen to Paper (or key presses to internet)

Had the ol' legs done now, they've come out really well! This helps very much to change public perception, but as you say Sleeper, it's yet to filter down to everyday people.

I couldn't come into my job wearing anything out of the ordinary stereotype of shirt and tie (despite women being able to wear more or less what they like).

When I say "When will that first man wear a dress as that first woman wore trousers?", I'm really asking; when will men as a whole have the courage to reclaim femininity as part of a well rounded person?

In response to:The Male Idol

David Bowie of course was a cross-dresser, but it was all very stagy. I feel quite strongly that men need to readdress this balance.

In this country there used to be men called "dandys" who were straight men unafraid to embrace their feminine side, in fact they were famous for their ability to talk to (and often seduce) women.

The only character I've seen like this recently is the Jonny Depp character in 'Pirates of the Caribean', although Adam Ant was also like this.

I must sincerely disagree with you when you imply that it was ok to go to war against Afganistan. In my opinion the U.S at that point in time had a fantastic opportunity to make some peace bridges. Almost all nations in the world symphatised with the U.S after 9.11 but what do the fuckwit Bush deside to do? Use military force! I believe the biggest threat to world peace is the division between the Muslim world and the Christian world, together with the difference between poor and rich. USA with Bush in the frontline had a fantastic opportunity to build bridges and create a better and more secure future, but no, revenge was more important!

The reaon why Britain got involved in the war on terrorism is the big british identity crisis which has now lasted some centuries. Britain once had the glorious reign of world power. Britain was the strongest both in terms of economy, military and natural resorces. It all was summed up by the phrase "the sun never sets on the British Empire" Now that empire is long gone and Britan is merely a B nation when it comes to wealth and power. This is immensly difficult for the Brits to swollow, alot still want to be thought of as a world power, and that includes the government, so that I believe is the underlying reason for the participation in the war on terror. Now the reasons used which is far more legitimate amongst the population is Weapon of mass destruction, freeing Iraq, fighting for democracy etc, take your pick.

Religion:
Now it is late and you know I have a lot to say about it, but that would take me the whole night and I need my beauty sleep :)

In response to:Another political rant I'm afraid...

Hmmm, still no bites? (Ooops, sorry to bring God into this) Are you feeling better now after that?? Just wade in there why don't you? :)

I've only got one thing to say about the terrorism issue...the film "Brazil". It's downright prophetic.

Intelligent Design? Don't get me started, it's utterly crap! There are lots of things wrong with it, but I'll pick out the top two.

1) The God Squad have got a real bee in their collective bonnet about this and for all the wrong reasons. Darwins theory of Evolution doesn't disprove the existence of God; it merely proves what a load of tosh the book of Genesis is in the bible. It's entirely possible that God designed Evolution. Unfortunately, the God Squad can't imagine that a book written by a collection of unknown and unauthenticated authors is anything other than perfect from cover-to-cover. An alarming lapse of logic, but that's something they're very good at.

2) Proper investigative science begins with no preconceptions and observes the facts until it is possible to build a hypothesis. I.D. starts with the notions that there is a God and seeks to bend the evidence to fit. The true genius of Darwin was that the evidence he collected flew in the face of much of what he'd ever been taught to believe yet still he maintained his objectivity. When he did finally cease to believe in God, it wasn't his theories that pushed him, but the death of one of his beloved daughters.

If I was the type of person to threaten death and destruction to people who draw cartoons that ridicule my beliefs, I'd be drawing my rocket launcher right now and pointing it at anyone who supported I.D. Instead, being (mostly) a decent human being, I will use words to describe my contempt for them and their nonsense.

You've hit a rich vein there WillsBlog! Will be surprised if you don't get a few comments to this one!
If by KT Tunstall you mean the ability to see through girls clothes, then yes.

In response to:Friday Magic!

I like BB's idea, but I always wanted the power of telekinesis. Have you read the "Galactic Milieu Trilogy" by Julian May? The heros in that were capable of some very powerful mind magic. I can recommend it if you need some holiday reading.
I often think it would be great to do that! It would be especially useful at the moment, I could pop of to India, spend a night with my bloke and pop back again! That's a bit selfish isn't it? Using magic to save people form bad things sounds far better.
